I had an excellent experience at the customer service desk at Westfield City store. Jaimi could not have been more helpful and made the experience so festive, I was buying gift cards which were in great demand at the time of my visit. Could not rate her highly enough. Thanks for taking the stress out of Christmas.

We had a great experience with customer service while we were visiting Westfeld, Sydney. Moreen was extremely helpful to us. We had been searching for a store and she took the time to walk us there. We had kept missing it because it was down a side corridor. Thank you Moreen!

Rachael at one of the information points was amazing! She was ready and eager to help me find what I was looking for. Also was so lovely and down for a chat whilst showing me to where the store was! Ive never experienced such an wonderful thing in a shopping experience before - thank you so much Rachael!!!! Westfield staff in Sydney is unlike any shopping centre ive been to. They rock!

As a business professional, I regularly visit premium commercial centres. During a recent visit for meetings and dining, I found major difference in few floors' maintenance, some were ok but others were dirty too.. but 4th floor and the restrooms were clean though. I'm impressed by their exceptional cleanliness. Later i found out Narayan Subedi, who was cleaning it. His attention, work, politeness was outstanding. The toilets were very well maintained. Staff like Narayan reflect the high quality and standards of Westfield.

Multiple level shopping plaza with access to the Sydney Eye Tower. It was a very modern building with high level shops within. The facilities were well cared for and clean.

The top view from the Sydney Tower was absolutely amazing! The guide who explained all the 360° sights to the tourists was the best part; such a great experience with so much rich history!

It is a lovely shopping centre, it's extremely busy, people everywhere. The Pepsi people, we're handing out free cans of Pepsi, and free Santa photos, with the trendy Santa lol They send you the photo to your phone, also they print them for you. All for free. Thank you Pepsi.

I took my son to the Sydney Eye at 10am and it was the perfect time! No line ups, hardly anyone there, it was easy and friendly and fun! We LOVED the experience. Side note for anyone visiting that they only accept cash payments at the top of the tower 💰

Visited Westfield Sydney a couple of times during my recent visit to Sydney from Brisbane in Jan/26. A good selection of shops & the more expensive fashion brands to browse around, plenty of eateries to relax for a bite to eat. Nice to look around & enjoy this spotless centre.
